GF observation: Everything is gluten free. This means that the whole kitchen is Celiac friendly as no wheat ever touches the utensils. No worries about cross contamination! There is a sign at the entrance informing that the restaurant is vegan and Celiac friendly, which is very true. You even get a little flyer that explains the other types of starch and “grain” used to replace gluten containing ones.
Overall comment: A 100% gluten free restaurant in Granada. You can eat safely and you do not even have to worry about cross contamination.
