GF observation: There is a gluten free symbol inside and outside the shop as the yoghurt itself is gluten free. For the toppings there is an allergen chart that informs of what is gluten free that the staff has a copy of. They also bring your frozen yoghurt to the back to add your toppings there. I am not sure if this is to avoid cross contamination.
Celiac safety: This is not a fully gluten free establishment, so cross contamination could be a risk. Each topping has its own spoon, but you should still inspect that there are no gluten toppings that may have fallen into the gluten free ones.
Overall comment: A healthy (at least compared to regular ice cream) option on a warm day. The frozen yogurt itself is gluten free. Make sure to check which toppings are gluten free as well.
