One of the most difficult cuisines when you are on a gluten free diet is Chinese. Being able to devour dim sum is something you may only dream of – unless you visit Out of China. Yes, you heard me right. At this restaurant they serve gluten free Chinese dishes – including gluten free dim sum!

GF observation: The menu is allergen marked with the options you can order in a gluten free version. Once I arrived and ordered the gluten free version, the staff instantly asked if I was Celiac. He then placed a sticker next to my plate to indicate that I had ordered the gluten free food. He also came over with gluten free soy sauce.
Celiac safety: This is not a gluten free establishment, so cross contamination could be a risk. This restaurant seems to be serious when it comes to cross contamination, but always be careful what you order if you are Celiac.
Overall comment: The restaurant makes you feel safe as they take gluten free orders seriously. Being able to eat something that is normally never gluten free is quite a luxury!
