If you are a Celiac living in South of Norway, you most definitely have heard about this place. It won the Norwegian Celiac Association’s award for being one of the best gluten free companies in 2018 – without actually being a dedicated gluten free bakery. I know people who order a month’s worth of products because their gluten free goods really are that good.

GF observation: The gluten free products are kept in a separate display.
Celiac safety: This is not a 100% gluten free establishment. However, it is recommended by the Norwegian Celiac Association and has even been awarded by it.
Overall comment: It is honestly one of the best bakeries I have gotten gluten free product at. You will not be able to taste the difference from gluten products, which is a rare treat.
