GF observation: The whole bakery is gluten free, so you have no worries. The owners are apparently Celiac, so they make their products with passion.
Celiac safety: This is a 100% gluten free bakery, so you are safe to eat here if you have Celiac disease.
Overall comment: It is a little off the “tourist” path, but worth the walk. I especially enjoyed the fresh products and would not hesitate to take a stroll back for more.
