GF observation: The menu has a separate page for gluten free dishes. In addition, the pizzas can all be prepared gluten free. I was informed that they have a separate working station for gluten free dishes.
Celiac safety: This is not a 100% gluten free establishment. However, it should be noted that it has a sticker from the Celiac Association on the door and is listed on their website as a Celiac friendly establishment. They have received training and is monitored by the Italian Celiac Association.
Overall comment: It is a recommendable place (also by the looks of online reviews) to get some tasty gluten free pizza. Service is also good.
