I have to say, this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to. Pleasantly surprised by all the gluten free options aside from pho.

Gluten free observation: The menu is allergen marked, but only for gluten free dishes (not for other dietary restrictions). I was really surprised by the variety and number of gluten free dishes here. Note that some dishes are naturally gluten free while others can be made gluten free. Make sure to inform about your dietary restriction when you order.
Celiac safety: This establishment is not 100% gluten free, so you need to make your own assessment of the cross contamination risks.
