This is a Celiac heaven – a 100% gluten free restaurant in Las Palmas. Well, technically it is in the old town of Vegueta, but nonetheless part of Las Palmas. It is a great place to eat if you are a Celiac!

Tips: Thursday night in Vegueta is tapas night. Go for 1 EUR tapas treats! Oh, and the ordinary tapas dishes on the menu are generous in size.

Item(s) ordered: Almost the whole menu – kidding. Got fried chicken, mushroom, croquettes, local cheese and bread.
GF observation: The whole restaurant is gluten free, with signage saying both that the menu is gluten free and even a menu containing information on other allergens. Just to ease your mind, every single dish says “gluten free” next to it.
Celiac safety: This is a 100% gluten free restaurant, so you are safe to eat here if you have Celiac disease.
Overall comment: Located at the end of a busy side street in Vegueta, you will find this gem of a 100% gluten free restaurant. Order anything you like – at an affordable cost even. I ordered so much I had to bring part of it with me.
