SIGHTSEEING: National Park and Natural Pools in Agaete, Gran Canaria

Gran Canaria is an island with great scenic variety. If you head west of the island capital of Las Palmas, you will reach the little fishing village of Agaete (and port area Puerto de las Nieves). It is situated at the edge of a national park and provides exceptional views that will remind you of Jurassic Park. If you head out exploring a little, you will also come across the splendid natural pools.

Depending on where you are staying, you can take various of buses. There are direct buses from Las Palmas every hour.

How long it takes:
This also depends on where you are staying. From Las Palmas it will take you roughly 1 hour.

The bus from Las Palmas costs a litt eunder 4 EUR each way.
