Nov, 16, 2018

If you are craving something gluten free in Bangkok that is also vegetarian, this might be the restaurant for you. Tucked away in a quiet alley near the Surasak skytrain stop you can enjoy a variety of dishes in peaceful surroundings.

Details of Establishment:

Name: Suananda Vegetarian Garden & Ayurveda
Type
:  Restaurant
Location: 109/9 Thanon Pan, Silom 10500 | Suananda Ayurveda Wellness, Bangkok, Thailand
Tips:  This is a restaurant that is a little pricier than other places in Bangkok, so just be aware of this.

Gluten free or not gluten free observations:

Item(s) ordered: Gotu Kola salad Finger millet crepe with paneer and spinach
GF observation: The menu is clearly marked with allergens and you can easily find the gluten free options. The menu also has a separate labeling on dishes that can be made gluten free upon request.

Overall comment: The restaurant has a lot of  gluten free options that you can easily find on the allergen marked menu. Personally I found the dishes to be a bit small for the pricing, but it is nonetheless a gluten free option when feeling hungry in Bangkok’s Surasak area.
