If you are in the neighborhood of the Pantheon and longing for some gluten free pizza, this is a safe bet. Why? This is a restaurant that is certified by the Italian Celiac Association! Don’t want pizza? No worries, they have a lot of other dishes too. Take a long and good breath before you start selecting your dish, though. The list of gluten free options is incredibly long.

Details of Establishment:

Overall comment: It is a great place for gluten free pizza. Many restaurants will be able to offer you this in Rome, but this place is actually certified by the Celiac Association of Italy. This means you are certain they take cross contamination seriously.

Disclaimer: The above is based on the personal experience and opinion of a Celiac traveler. For eating places, you should still inquire about the gluten free options and ingredients as recipes, kitchen routines, staff and management may have changed. Only places marked “100% Celiac safe” are confirmed free from cross contamination. This post is not sponsored.
